The customer in Hamburg, Germany is a well-known local packaging machinery manufacturer. The 2 cartridge heaters purchased this time are specially adapted to the mold of its new food packaging hot cutting knife, with clear requirements for heating uniformity. Combined with the working environment of packaging machinery, we selected SS307 seamless stainless steel tubes for the customer, with a tube diameter of 7mm and a tube length of 170mm. The terminal type is matched with glass fiber braided silicone wire, resistant to 200℃, suitable for the dry workshop environment. At present, the production workshop is fully promoting the powder filling process, which is a key link to ensure the uniform heating of cartridge heaters. We adopt high-pressure vibration filling technology to fill imported magnesium oxide powder from the US, ensuring uniform distribution of powder without gaps and avoiding mold damage caused by local overheating. In the production process, skilled workers strictly control the powder filling pressure and speed, and sample inspection is carried out for each batch to ensure that the powder filling quality meets the standard. According to the production plan, the powder filling process will be completed within 2 working days, followed by laser welding, sealing, polishing and other processes in turn. The overall production cycle is expected to be 5 working days. After production, on-off test and appearance inspection will be carried out, and each product can leave the factory only after 30 consecutive on-off times without faults.
