This order includes Terminal Type Cartridge Heater with a tube diameter of Φ60mm and a length of 150mm, adapting to the heating needs of sprue bushes in zinc alloy die-casting molds. The tube body is made of thickened 307 stainless steel with a wall thickness of 1.2mm, 20% thicker than regular models, which can withstand high-frequency thermal shocks above 200℃ during die-casting, preventing tube deformation and cracking. The interior is filled with high-density magnesium powder to ensure uniform heating, rapidly raising the temperature of the mold sprue bush, reducing the solidification time of zinc alloy liquid, and improving production efficiency. The lead wire is a 250mm silicone insulated wire, suitable for use in the humid climate of Southeast Asia with excellent moisture resistance. During production, each product undergoes a pressure test to verify airtightness and a power-on test to ensure stable heating, with dimensional deviation controlled within ±0.03mm. The finished products have been vacuum-packaged for moisture protection, with buffer materials to prevent transportation collisions, and will be shipped to the Southeast Asian customer's factory by sea. As a regular heating element for die-casting molds, this heater has helped the customer improve the molding quality of die-cast products, and we will continue to provide customized tube diameter and length solutions.
