The customer in Niamey, Niger is mainly engaged in peanut oil pressing and meat freezing processing. The 350 cartridge heaters purchased this time are used for the heating of its peanut processing molds and auxiliary heating of meat freezing, which is in line with Niger's economy dominated by agriculture and animal husbandry. The customer's core needs are that the products are dry-resistant, cost-effective and can adapt to the local arid working environment. Combined with customer needs, we selected SS304 stainless steel tubes, which are dry-resistant and not easy to deform, and can adapt to the arid and rainless climate in Niger. The pipe diameter is 8mm, the pipe length is 150mm, matched with conventional temperature-resistant silicone wire, temperature resistance of 180℃, suitable for the medium-temperature demand of agricultural and animal husbandry product processing; the interior is filled with high-purity magnesium oxide powder, matched with Ni80Cr20 resistance wire to ensure uniform heating, avoiding local overheating affecting peanut quality and meat processing effect. Considering Niger's weak industrial foundation and demand for cost performance, we adopted mature production technology and optimized the cost structure to provide customers with cost-effective product solutions on the premise of ensuring product quality. The production department quickly allocated raw materials and launched a general production line. The SS304 seamless tubes, resistance wires, terminals and other raw materials are all in place without additional procurement, greatly shortening the production cycle. In the production process, we arrange a special person to be responsible for the quality inspection of production processes, and each process is strictly inspected to ensure that the qualified rate of raw materials and production processes reaches 100%. According to the production plan, all production is expected to be completed within 3 working days. After production, full-item quality inspection will be carried out. After passing the inspection, it will be packaged in simple moisture-proof cartons, with 20 pieces per carton. Bilingual labels in French and English are pasted on the outside of the carton, and shipped to Niamey through Niger's special line logistics to help customers improve the efficiency of agricultural and animal husbandry product processing, in line with the development needs of Niger's agricultural and animal husbandry product processing industry.
