The customer in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago is a well-known local petroleum refining enterprise, mainly engaged in petroleum refining and petrochemical product processing, which is in line with the country's characteristics of taking the petroleum and natural gas industry as the economic pillar and developed petrochemical industry. The 500 cartridge heaters purchased this time are used for the heating of petroleum refining molds. The customer's core needs are that the products are corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant and precise temperature-controlled, and can adapt to the harsh high-temperature, high-oil-pollution and high-corrosion working conditions of refining workshops. Combined with customer needs, we selected SS316L super stainless steel tubes, which have high molybdenum content, excellent chloride ion corrosion resistance, oil resistance and high temperature resistance, and can work stably for a long time in a high-temperature environment of 250℃, adapting to the harsh working conditions of petroleum refining; the pipe diameter is 10mm, the pipe length is 200mm, matched with high-temperature silicone wire resistant to 210℃, and corrosion-treated terminals to further improve product corrosion resistance, avoiding poor circuit contact caused by oil pollution and corrosive gases.
