The customer in Port Vila, Vanuatu is a local small-scale comprehensive processing enterprise, mainly engaged in wood processing and simple processing of aquatic products (tuna, lobster), which is in line with the country's industrial characteristics of taking agriculture and tourism as economic pillars, backward industrial development, and only a small number of small food and wood processing factories. The 250 cartridge heaters purchased this time are used for the heating of wood drying and aquatic product processing molds. The customer's core needs are cost-effectiveness, simple structure, easy installation, moisture resistance, adaptation to the working conditions of small-scale processing workshops, compliance with local basic electrical safety standards, and no need for maintenance by professional technicians. Combined with customer needs, we selected cost-effective SS304 stainless steel tubes with a diameter of 7mm and a length of 130mm, terminal type design, matched with silicone wire resistant to 180℃, facilitating on-site installation and replacement by customers without the need for professional technicians to debug. The tube body adopts precision polishing process, which is moisture-resistant and not easy to rust, can adapt to the humid environment of the local tropical rainforest climate, and avoid product damage caused by water vapor during wood and aquatic product processing; the interior is filled with high-purity magnesium oxide powder, matched with Ni80Cr20 resistance wire, which heats evenly, can adapt to the medium-temperature heating demand (70℃-140℃), not only meets the temperature requirements of wood drying, but also adapts to the low-temperature sterilization demand of aquatic product processing, improving processing efficiency. In the production process, we optimized the production process, simplified unnecessary processing links, and maximized the reduction of production costs on the premise of ensuring product quality, providing customers with cost-effective solutions. At the same time, we strictly followed Vanuatu's electrical safety standards, and each product was subjected to on-off tests and electrical performance tests to ensure no leakage or short-circuit hazards and ensure production safety. After receiving the order, the production department quickly allocated raw materials and launched a general production line. All raw materials are in place without additional procurement, greatly shortening the production cycle. According to the production plan, all production is expected to be completed within 2 working days. After production, full-item quality inspection will be carried out, including heating uniformity test, moisture resistance test, on-off test and appearance inspection. After passing the inspection, it will be packaged in simple moisture-proof cartons, 15 pieces per carton, with English labels pasted on the outside, clearly marking product specifications, instructions for use and quality inspection numbers. The logistics department has connected with the South Pacific special line logistics, simplified the export process, and it is expected to arrive in Port Vila within 7 working days to help customers improve small-scale processing efficiency, in line with the needs of the country's light industry and fisheries processing industry development.
