The customer in Auckland, New Zealand mainly engages in the R&D and production of woodworking machinery. Its new woodworking glue melting machine needs to customize special heating cartridge heaters. After preliminary technical communication and sample testing, the customer officially placed a procurement order for 10 pieces. The heating mold of the woodworking glue melting machine needs to heat up quickly and can withstand slight vibration, so it has clear requirements for the heating efficiency and structural stability of the cartridge heater. In response to customer needs, we have formulated an exclusive technical plan, selecting SS307 seamless stainless steel tube, with a pipe diameter of 7mm and a pipe length of 150mm, adopting the terminal type, matched with nickel-plated copper terminals, which are firmly riveted to withstand mold vibration, and filled with imported magnesium oxide powder from the US inside to improve heating efficiency. The pipe mouth is sealed with silicone oil, suitable for the dry working environment of the glue melting machine. At the same time, for the convenience of the customer's on-site installation, we added a fixing piece accessory made of SS307 material in the technical plan, which is produced with the cartridge heater as a complete set without the need for the customer to purchase additional. After multiple technical communications, the customer highly recognized the technical plan and has officially confirmed and signed it. The production department of our factory has checked the raw material inventory according to the technical plan. The relevant SS307 seamless tubes, resistance wires, fixing pieces, etc. are all in regular stock without additional procurement, and the production is expected to start within 2 working days. The production cycle of this batch of orders is expected to be 3 working days. After production, on-off test and tensile test will be carried out, focusing on testing the connection firmness of the terminals and fixing pieces, then packaging will be carried out in accordance with New Zealand's export standards. The logistics department has connected with the Oceania special line logistics to ensure the products are delivered on time. The smooth confirmation of this technical plan reflects our professional technical R&D capabilities and in-depth understanding of the needs of the woodworking machinery industry.
