This cartridge heater uses SS360 stainless steel as the tube material. Compared with conventional SS307 stainless steel, it adds molybdenum element, which greatly improves corrosion resistance, can withstand the erosion of humid environment and weak acid-base media, and adapts to special working conditions such as injection molds for chemical accessories and molds in humid workshops. The tube body is a circular structure, with a diameter of Φ12mm, length 200mm, and wall thickness 1.2mm, which is structurally strong and can cope with slight vibration and impact during mold heating. The interior is filled with 99% seawater magnesium oxide powder, with excellent insulation and heat conduction performance, matched with Ni80Cr20 resistance wire, with uniform heating and stable efficiency, which can quickly raise the mold temperature. The lead adopts a terminal type external wire design, connected by terminal piece welding, and matched with a PTFE protective sleeve to further strengthen corrosion resistance and avoid lead aging and damage. The tube mouth is sealed with ceramic glue, suitable for medium and high-temperature dry heating conditions, and has a certain moisture-proof sealing effect. This product has been applied to the heating of injection molds for producing chemical plastic accessories. Under long-term humid and slightly corrosive environment, there is no rust or leakage problem, and its service life is more than 30% longer than that of the SS307 model, making it a regular preferred choice for corrosion-resistant mold scenarios.
