Typically presented in a tubular format, it is positioned within metal blocks via a sequence of drilled openings for application in heating processes. The Cartridge Heater Rod Element with Spring Protection is produced in two primary versions: high density and low density.
The Low Density High Density Immersion Heating Water Cartridge Heater is more appropriate for applications such as packaging machinery, heat sealing, labelling machines, and hot stamping. In contrast, the Heating Element Replacement Immersion Cartridge Heater is utilised for heating plastic injection moulds, dies, platens, and various other objects.
