Hot runner system is the core thermal control structure of precision injection molding equipment, which puts forward strict requirements on localized independent heating, high-precision constant temperature control and long-term continuous stable operation. Cartridge heaters rely on slim cylindrical diameter, single-end wiring structure and high power density characteristics, and have become the default supporting heating components for hot runner nozzles and manifold heating zones in high-end injection molding industry. The diameter, length and power of cartridge heaters can be fully customized to adapt to various specifications of miniature and large hot runner molds, supporting personalized non-standard mold development and mass standardized production at the same time. Compared with traditional heating ring solutions, cartridge heaters have higher temperature control accuracy, smaller installation space occupation, longer service life and lower later maintenance frequency, and have become an irreplaceable core heating element in the configuration of high-end injection molding hot runner system.
