Uneven temperature of the vulcanization mold or barrel will lead to uneven vulcanization of rubber and plastic materials, resulting in product defects such as hard spots, bubbles, poor elasticity and dimensional deviation. To ensure uniform heating, the heater adopts a precise resistance wire winding process, with consistent watt density per unit area, no local high temperature or low temperature. For large-scale vulcanization molds, multiple heaters are arranged evenly according to the mold structure to ensure that the temperature difference of the entire heating surface is controlled within ±2℃, so that the materials are heated evenly and the product quality is stable.

In addition, the cartridge heaters for vulcanization equipment have good anti-vibration and anti-fatigue performance. Vulcanization equipment will produce mechanical vibration during operation, and the frequent opening and closing of the mold will also bring impact. The heater adopts a compact pressing process, the internal insulation material is highly compacted, and the resistance wire is fixed firmly, which can resist long-term vibration and impact without internal displacement and short circuit. The lead wire is made of high-temperature resistant and flexible material, with a reinforced root, which is not easy to break due to vibration, ensuring the stability of the circuit.

The sealing performance of the heater is also very important in rubber and plastic processing. During the vulcanization process, the material will release volatile gases and oil, which will corrode the heater and affect its service life if entering the interior. The vulcanization heater adopts a fully sealed end structure, which prevents the entry of volatile substances and oil, avoids internal corrosion and insulation damage, and extends the service life. Regular cleaning of the heater surface oil and debris can further ensure its heating efficiency and service life.
