Standard cartridge heaters can meet the needs of most conventional industrial scenarios, but in special environments such as ultra-high temperature, strong corrosion, ultra-small space and high pressure, customized solutions are required to adapt to special working conditions. For ultra-small space scenarios such as precision instruments, medical equipment and micro-molds, customized miniature cartridge heaters are developed, with a diameter as small as 3mm and a length of 10mm, small size and high power density, which can be embedded in narrow gaps for heating. Despite its small size, it still maintains high heating efficiency and precise temperature control performance, meeting the miniaturization design requirements of precision equipment.

In high-pressure scenarios such as hydraulic equipment and high-pressure reaction kettles, customized cartridge heaters have a thickened sheath and reinforced sealing structure, which can withstand high-pressure environments without deformation or damage. The installation method is customized into threaded or flanged type, with firm fixation and good sealing, ensuring safe and stable operation under high pressure.

In addition, customized functions such as built-in sensors, dual-temperature control and quick-connect terminals can be added according to user needs. Built-in K-type or PT100 sensors can realize real-time temperature monitoring and precise control; dual-temperature control can meet the needs of dual-temperature heating in different areas; quick-connect terminals facilitate installation and maintenance.
