Small and compact heaters are suitable for small standard threads, adapting to the narrow installation space of precision equipment, ensuring firm installation without occupying extra space.

In actual industrial applications, non-standard thread specifications may be encountered for special equipment. In this case, customized thread processing is required, and the heater manufacturer is provided with accurate thread parameters of the equipment for customized production. Non-standard threads must ensure processing accuracy, and strict inspection after processing to avoid poor fit affecting installation and use.

After determining the thread specification, attention should also be paid to the quality of the thread processing of the heater. High-quality threads have smooth surface, no burrs, cracks and other defects, uniform tooth shape, which can achieve perfect fit with the equipment threaded hole, ensuring firm connection and good sealing. Inferior thread processing will lead to difficult installation, poor sealing and easy damage, shortening the service life of the heater.

During installation, even if the thread specifications are completely matched, correct operation is required. Apply appropriate thread sealant at the threaded connection (for sealing scenarios) to enhance sealing, and control the tightening force evenly during tightening to avoid over-tightening causing thread sliding or too loose leading to poor contact.
