The industrial drum heating belt adopts a multi-layer composite high-strength structural design, with strict screening of internal heating components and insulating materials, forming a safe, stable and durable industrial-grade heating system. The core heating body adopts high-quality copper-nickel alloy wires with stable electrothermal performance. The alloy heating wires are uniformly wound around fine-diameter glass fiber cores in an orderly manner, forming a stable and tension-resistant heating wire structure. This winding and fixing method avoids local accumulation and loose arrangement of heating wires in traditional heating belts, ensuring uniform heat output of the whole heating area. The copper-nickel alloy material has the advantages of low high-temperature aging rate, stable resistivity and uniform heat dissipation, which can maintain consistent electrothermal conversion efficiency in long-term heating operation without power attenuation and local overheating failure.
The internal insulation and bearing structure adopts double-layer high-quality glass fiber woven cloth, which clamps and fixes the alloy heating wire and fiber core in the middle layer. The glass fiber woven material has ultra-high temperature resistance, excellent insulation performance and strong tensile resistance, which can effectively isolate the heating body from the external environment, prevent electric leakage and short circuit risks, and bear the tension generated by external spring fixing. The double-layer wrapping structure makes the internal heating layout more stable, avoiding heating wire displacement and damage caused by bending and stretching during installation and use.
The outer layer is made of high-elasticity industrial silicone rubber material, which endows the product with flexible bending performance and environmental adaptability. The high-quality silicone rubber substrate has super high temperature resistance, wear resistance and aging resistance, with a maximum withstand temperature of 250℃ and a safe long-term operating temperature of 200℃. It can resist the erosion of industrial dust, humid air and mild corrosive gases, and will not harden, crack or age after long-term bending and high-temperature operation, maintaining stable flexible fitting performance.
The perfect combination of copper-nickel alloy heating wire, glass fiber insulation layer and silicone rubber outer layer forms a high-strength and high-safety composite structure.
