Scenario Customization Solution of Teflon Plating Heaters for Different Electroplating Processes

Different electroplating processes such as nickel plating, chromium plating, zinc plating, copper plating and chemical plating have completely different plating solution components, corrosiveness and process temperature standards. Universal standard Teflon heaters cannot fully adapt to personalized process requirements, resulting in insufficient anti-corrosion performance or performance redundancy. Scenario-based customized heating solution can realize one-to-one precise matching for different electroplating processes, maximizing heating stability and equipment service life.

Different metal plating solutions have differentiated corrosive strength, requiring targeted coating thickness and structural optimization. Zinc plating solution is mostly weak acid and neutral medium with mild corrosiveness, which can adopt thin coating and conventional power density configuration to ensure efficient heating. Chromium plating solution belongs to strong oxidizing strong acid medium with strong corrosiveness, requiring thickened high-compactness PTFE coating and enhanced sealing structure to resist long-term medium erosion. Nickel plating and copper plating processes have high requirements for temperature stability, needing uniform coating thickness and low-fluctuation power configuration to ensure plating layer uniformity.

High-temperature chemical plating process puts forward higher requirements for heater high-temperature aging resistance. Chemical plating production requires long-term constant temperature operation above 80℃, which accelerates coating aging speed. Customized high-temperature sintered enhanced PTFE coating structure can improve thermal aging resistance, adapting to long-term high-temperature constant temperature working conditions and avoiding coating premature aging failure.

Special-shaped plating tank equipment needs customized structural bending and size parameters. Non-standard small tanks, long strip tanks and closed-loop circulating tanks cannot adapt to standard straight tube heaters. Customized bending shape, tube body length and installation structure can realize full coverage uniform heating of the tank body, eliminating heating dead zones and ensuring consistent temperature of all areas of the plating solution.
