Non-standard installation and irregular temperature calibration are important causes of inconsistent electroplating process parameters and low product qualification rate. Metal plating heating tubes have strict installation spacing and fixing requirements due to metal heat conduction and electrochemical characteristics. Tiny installation deviations will lead to uneven temperature field distribution and local current deviation in the plating tank. Uncalibrated thermocouple sensing data will cause temperature setting errors, resulting in unqualified coating thickness and poor adhesion.

Suspension installation spacing and fixed posture determine the uniformity of plating solution temperature field. Metal heating tubes have fast heat conduction speed, and too close spacing will cause local heat accumulation and over-temperature corrosion, while too far spacing will produce heating dead zones. Standard installation specifications require uniform suspension of heating tubes in the middle of the plating solution, with a safe spacing of 30-50mm from the tank wall and workpiece hanging tools, ensuring full convection of solution temperature and uniform heating of the entire tank body.

Terminal insulation and sealing protection installation is the key to avoid electrical faults. The wiring terminal must be completely isolated from humid corrosive gas through high-temperature insulation gaskets to prevent terminal oxidation and poor contact. The sealing assembly needs to be installed in place without gaps, and secondary sealant reinforcement is required for high-temperature process scenarios to prevent vapor penetration.

Regular thermocouple calibration is the core guarantee of process precision. Long-term high-temperature operation will cause sensing component aging and data deviation. Regular professional calibration can correct temperature sensing errors, ensuring that the displayed temperature is completely consistent with the actual plating solution temperature.
