The stable operation and service life of tubular electric heating tubes are closely related to the working environment and electrical parameters. All standard electric heating tubes have clear and unified working condition specifications and electrical performance indicators, which are core standards for product selection, installation and operation in industrial projects and foreign trade procurement. Strictly abiding by the standard working conditions can effectively avoid equipment failure, electric leakage and burnout accidents, and maximize the heating efficiency and service life of electric heating tubes.

In terms of environmental adaptability, electric heating tubes have clear humidity and gas environment requirements. The relative humidity of the working air environment shall not exceed 95%, and the working site must be free of explosive and corrosive gases. Humid environment will reduce the insulation performance of the tube body, easily causing electric leakage risks; corrosive gases will erode the metal shell and internal structural materials, leading to shell perforation, internal component aging and equipment damage; explosive gases will bring serious safety hazards to the electrified heating process. Therefore, the working environment must be kept dry, clean and safe, and harsh gas environments must be avoided.

Electrical working voltage and grounding specifications are key guarantees for safe operation. The actual working voltage of the electric heating tube shall not exceed 1.1 times the rated voltage of the product. Excessive voltage will cause overload operation of the internal heating alloy wire, resulting in accelerated heating wire aging, local burnout and even tube body explosion. Meanwhile, the equipment shell must be effectively grounded. The grounding design can timely export static electricity and leakage current generated during operation, avoid electric shock accidents for operators, and improve the overall safety level of the heating equipment system.

Insulation resistance and dielectric strength are core performance indicators to measure the safety of electric heating tubes. The standard insulation resistance of qualified electric heating tubes is ≥1MΩ, which ensures effective isolation between the internal heating circuit and the external metal shell, preventing electric leakage. The dielectric strength reaches 2KV/1min, meaning the tube body can withstand 2000V voltage impact for one minute without breakdown and short circuit. These two indicators fully verify the excellent insulation performance and electrical safety of electric heating tubes, and are essential detection standards for factory inspection and incoming material acceptance of foreign trade products.

Compliance with standard working parameters is the basis for standardized use of electric heating tubes. In industrial on-site application, personnel must match the voltage according to the product rated parameters, strictly control the working environment humidity and gas conditions, and do a good job in equipment grounding protection. For foreign trade bulk procurement, parameter standardization is also an important basis for product quality inspection and after-sales guarantee. Electric heating tubes that meet standard working specifications have stable performance, low failure rate and long service life, creating safe and efficient heating operation conditions for various industrial and civilian scenarios.
