After 300 extreme temperature cycles between 10℃ and 149℃, the heating performance remains above 90% of the initial state, showing excellent high-temperature thermal fatigue resistance and anti-aging ability. Its insulation safety performance is significantly improved: the minimum insulation resistance of a 100-meter cable reaches 3000MΩ under standard high-voltage test conditions, which can effectively resist high-temperature aging, electric breakdown and moisture erosion, ensuring long-term safe operation in high-temperature industrial workshops and closed equipment spaces.
The minimum construction temperature of the product is -30℃, with excellent low-temperature flexibility and bending performance, adapting to winter construction in temperate and cold industrial zones.
