The wiring part is the key weak link in the operation system of tubular electric heating tubes, and standardized wiring operation is the core guarantee to avoid circuit failure, electric leakage and safety accidents. The wiring end of the electric heating tube has special temperature resistance and load-bearing characteristics, and non-standard wiring installation is easy to cause wiring aging, loose connection, electric spark and even fire accidents. Mastering professional wiring specifications and safety protection standards is essential for industrial on-site operation and equipment standardized maintenance.

The wiring part of the electric heating tube must be placed outside the thermal insulation layer and high-temperature heating area. The heating zone and thermal insulation layer of the equipment are in a high-temperature environment for a long time. If the wiring end is placed in the high-temperature area for a long time, the wiring insulation skin will age rapidly at high temperature, resulting in insulation failure, circuit short circuit and electric leakage. Placing the wiring part in the normal temperature environment outside the thermal insulation layer can effectively avoid high-temperature aging damage and maintain the long-term insulation performance of the wiring circuit.

The wiring area must be isolated from corrosive media, explosive substances and moisture. Corrosive gases and liquids will erode the wiring terminals and wires, resulting in poor contact and circuit damage; explosive media will bring serious explosion hazards to electrified wiring; moisture will cause electric leakage and short circuit of the wiring part. Therefore, the wiring position must be kept dry, clean and safe, isolated from all harmful media, and equipped with necessary protective covers and sealing devices to ensure the safety and stability of the wiring environment.

The lead-out wiring must have durable temperature resistance and load-bearing capacity. The special matching lead-out wires of electric heating tubes can withstand the long-term temperature impact and heating load of the wiring part, and have excellent high-temperature resistance and anti-aging performance. It is prohibited to use ordinary wires instead of special lead-out wires. Ordinary wires are easy to melt and age at the working temperature of the wiring end, leading to circuit failure. At the same time, when fastening the wiring screws, the force must be uniform and moderate, and excessive force is prohibited to avoid sliding wire, screw damage and terminal fracture.

Standardized wiring protection is an important part of the safe operation system of electric heating tubes. In foreign trade equipment installation guidance and industrial daily maintenance, wiring standardization inspection must be taken as a regular inspection item. Timely eliminate hidden dangers such as loose wiring, aging wires and contaminated terminals, ensure the stable connection of the circuit, avoid electrical safety accidents, and provide a safe and reliable operation guarantee for the long-term use of electric heating tube heating equipment.
