The customer in Paris, France is a local enterprise focusing on the R&D and production of packaging machinery. The 10 cartridge heaters purchased this time are used for the mold heating of its heat sealing equipment. The customer has certain requirements for the surface finish of the cartridge heaters to avoid affecting the mold installation and use due to tube body burrs. Combined with customer needs, we selected SS307 seamless stainless steel tubes, with a tube diameter of 8mm and a tube length of 100mm, terminal type matched with nickel-plated copper terminals, adapting to the installation slots of packaging molds. The polishing process is an important production link of this batch of products. We use exclusive high-precision polishing equipment to polish in two steps: rough polishing and fine polishing. Rough polishing removes the processing marks on the surface of the tube body, and fine polishing refines the surface finish to ensure that the surface of the tube body is free of burrs and scratches, meeting the customer's appearance requirements. During the polishing process, skilled workers wear dust-free gloves throughout the process to avoid hand stains polluting the tube body. After completing a batch of polishing, the inspector immediately conducts an appearance inspection to ensure that the finish meets the standard. After testing, the surface finish of all 10 products meets the standard, and the qualification rate of the polishing process is 100%. After completing the polishing process, this batch of products will enter the laser welding sealing link, using high-power laser welding equipment to ensure the tight sealing of the tube mouth without leakage, and then conduct powder filling and on-off test. Our factory's polishing process has been researched, developed and improved for many years, and can customize the polishing effect according to different customer requirements. The polishing process completed for French customers this time once again reflects our factory's exquisite production technology. After the production of this batch of products is completed, they will be shipped to Paris, France by air to meet the customer's production needs of packaging machinery.
