The customer in Melbourne, Australia is a well-known local woodworking machinery manufacturer. The 10 cartridge heaters purchased this time are used for the mold heating of its new woodworking edge banding machine. The woodworking edge banding machine has high requirements for the heating speed and stability of heating elements. Combined with its working environment, we customized the terminal type cartridge heaters made of SS307 material for the customer, with a tube diameter of 9mm and a tube length of 180mm, matched with glass fiber braided silicone wire, resistant to 200℃, which can quickly realize mold heating and improve woodworking processing efficiency. After the production of this batch of products, the quality inspection department carried out strict tests, including on-off test, appearance inspection and tensile test, focusing on testing the connection firmness of the terminals to ensure that they can bear the slight vibration during the operation of the edge banding machine. The test results show that all 10 products are qualified without any quality problems. The packaging link is strictly implemented in accordance with Australia's logistics requirements.
