The customer in Sao Paulo, Brazil is a large-scale local plastic daily necessities production enterprise. Its injection mold workshop needs to replace a batch of heating elements recently. After multiple comparisons, it chose to purchase 1000 special cartridge heaters for injection molding from our company. The customer's mold is a conventional circular mold with a dry workshop working environment, so we recommended the cost-effective SS304 terminal type cartridge heater for it, with a pipe diameter of 8mm and a pipe length of 110mm. The pipe mouth is sealed with conventional silicone oil, matched with nickel-plated copper terminals, which is convenient for on-site installation and replacement. The production cycle of this batch of products is 5 working days. In the production process, we strictly control each process, from tube cutting, wire winding, powder filling to laser welding, sealing, polishing, and each step is inspected by a special person. After production, the quality inspection department carried out full-item inspections, including material inspection, on-off test, appearance inspection, etc. All 1000 products are qualified without any quality defects. The packaging link is in accordance with Brazil's export packaging standards, adopting the method of vacuum packaging + moisture-proof cartons, with every 25 pieces packed in a moisture-proof sealed bag. Product specifications, quantity, destination and shipping mark labels are pasted on the outside of the carton to prevent moisture and damage during transportation. At the same time, we have also added a scratch-resistant plastic protective film outside the carton to adapt to the logistics and transportation road conditions in Brazil. The logistics department has connected with the South America special line logistics in advance and completed the production of export documents. At present, this batch of products is waiting for shipment in the logistics warehouse, and it is expected to be shipped to the Port of Sao Paulo, Brazil by sea within one week to ensure that the products are delivered on time and meet the replacement needs of the customer's mold production. This cooperation has also laid a good foundation for our subsequent development of the Brazilian and South American markets.
