The customer in New Delhi, India is a well-known local mold parts trading company. The 1200 universal cartridge heaters purchased this time will be sold to small mold factories all over India. The customer has clear standardized requirements for product packaging and labeling. This batch of products is the conventional terminal type made of SS304 material, covering two pipe diameters of 6mm and 8mm, and each pipe diameter corresponds to different pipe lengths, adapting to the heating of different types of conventional molds and meeting the diversified needs of small mold factories. After production, through full-item quality inspection such as on-off test and material inspection, all 1200 products are qualified with a pass rate of 100%. The packaging link is strictly implemented in accordance with the customer's standardized requirements. First, each cartridge heater is independently plastic-sealed to prevent scratching the tube body during transportation, then every 30 pieces are packed in a moisture-proof sealed bag, and a product specification label is pasted on the sealed bag, clearly marking the pipe diameter, pipe length, material and other information. At present, it is in the final link of packaging - overall carton labeling. The quality inspection department arranges a special person to be responsible for the labeling work, and strictly pastes labels on the front and side of each export carton according to the labeling template provided by the customer. The label clearly marks the total quantity of products, detailed specifications, destination, production date, quality inspection number and other information to ensure that the label information is accurate without mislabeling or missing labeling. Up to now, all 40 export cartons corresponding to 1200 products have completed labeling, the labels are pasted neatly with clear information. Next, packing and sealing will be carried out, using cross sealing with tape, and corner protectors will be added at the box corners to prevent box damage during transportation. Considering the logistics and transportation road conditions in India, we have also added a scratch-resistant plastic protective film outside the carton to improve the protective capacity of the packaging. The logistics department has completed the production of export documents. After labeling and packing, the products will be shipped to the Port of Mumbai, India by sea.
