These cartridge heaters are specifically engineered for use in wafer processing equipment, where they must operate continuously at temperatures up to 600°C in a cleanroom environment. The Japanese client, a major player in the semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry, required heaters with exceptional thermal stability and extremely low outgassing characteristics to maintain the ultra-clean conditions necessary for chip fabrication. Our technical team developed a custom design featuring a stainless steel 310S sheath material, chosen for its superior high-temperature oxidation resistance, and a specialized low-outgassing magnesium oxide insulation grade.
