During production, the cartridge heater body is formed around the internal resistance wire and magnesium oxide insulation. The filling and compaction process is particularly important because the internal structure affects heat transfer, electrical insulation and mechanical stability.
After the heater bodies are completed, the lead wires are connected according to the customer's installation requirements. The production team then performs electrical testing before the products move to final inspection.
The inspection process includes resistance measurement, insulation resistance testing, visual inspection and dimensional verification. For customized heaters, the team also checks the cold-zone length and lead-wire configuration because these dimensions can directly affect installation inside the customer's machine.
