The customer in Bridgetown, Barbados is a well-known local sugar processing enterprise, mainly engaged in sugar refining and sugar product processing, which is in line with the country's characteristic of taking the sugar industry as a traditional pillar industry. The 250 cartridge heaters purchased this time are used for the heating of sugar refining molds. The customer's core needs are that the products are resistant to sugar corrosion, evenly heated and temperature-controllable, and can adapt to the high-sugar and medium-temperature working conditions of sugar processing. Combined with customer needs, we selected SS316 stainless steel tubes, which have excellent sugar corrosion resistance and moisture resistance, can effectively resist the erosion of the high-sugar environment during sugar processing, avoid scaling and rusting of the tube body, and ensure long-term stable operation of the product; the pipe diameter is 9mm, the pipe length is 170mm, matched with silicone wire resistant to 200℃, adapting to the medium-temperature demand (90℃-110℃) of sugar refining, and also has good insulation performance to avoid short circuits caused by sugar crystallization. The interior is filled with high-purity magnesium oxide powder, matched with precision-wound Ni80Cr20 resistance wire, with heating uniformity error not exceeding ±1℃, realizing precise temperature control, ensuring stable temperature during sugar refining, and improving sugar purity and quality. In the production process, we strictly followed local food processing hygiene standards and sugar processing industry specifications, launched a special food-grade production line, cleaned and disinfected throughout the process, and each process was subjected to sugar corrosion resistance test and temperature test to ensure that the products met industry requirements. After production, the quality inspection department carried out full-item inspections, including sugar corrosion resistance test, heating uniformity test, on-off test and food-grade material inspection.
