The customer in Zurich, Switzerland is a world-renowned high-end precision mold manufacturer, mainly engaged in the R&D of high-end electronic and medical device molds. The 400 cartridge heaters purchased this time are customized models, used for the refined heating of its high-end electronic molds, with strict requirements for product precision, temperature control performance and service life. Combined with customer customized needs, we set up a professional technical team to optimize the product design scheme, selected SS316L seamless stainless steel tubes, with a pipe diameter of 6mm and a pipe length of 130mm, adopting swaging in type + solder-free structure, matched with high-temperature resistant nickel wire, temperature resistance of 250℃, suitable for the high-temperature, high-frequency start-stop working environment of high-end molds; the interior is filled with imported ultra-fine magnesium oxide powder from Switzerland, matched with precision-wound Ni80Cr20 resistance wire to achieve precise temperature control, with heating uniformity error not exceeding ±1℃, greatly improving mold heating precision. In the production process, we launched a high-end precision production line, processed by automatic equipment, with dimensional error controlled within 0.03mm to ensure perfect adaptation to customer molds; each process adopts a dual quality inspection mode, self-inspection by skilled workers + re-inspection by professional inspectors, preventing unqualified semi-finished products from flowing into the next process. To meet the customer's requirements for service life, we carry out special anti-corrosion treatment on the tube body to improve the product's corrosion resistance and anti-aging performance, extending the service life to more than 8000 hours. At present, this batch of customized cartridge heaters has all been produced, with a clean appearance and precise dimensions. The next step will enter the full-item quality inspection link, including precision inspection, temperature control test, on-off test and life test, to ensure that each product meets the customer's strict requirements. After passing the quality inspection, it will be packaged in high-end vacuum packaging, matched with shockproof foam, and shipped to Zurich through a specially assigned European special line, demonstrating our company's high-end customization capability and 25 years of production technology accumulation.
