We recently launched the mass production of 520PCS IP67 waterproof cartridge heaters for an aquatic equipment enterprise in the United Arab Emirates. The customer's products are mainly used for commercial aquatic breeding constant-temperature equipment and underwater heating devices, which require heating components with excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance to work stably underwater for a long time. Targeting the underwater working environment, we have carried out professional waterproof sealing optimization for this batch of cartridge heaters, adopting multi-layer sealing process and high waterproof grade insulating materials, which can effectively prevent water seepage and short circuit, and ensure safe and stable heating underwater for a long time. The products have good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, adapting to the local high-temperature and dry climate and aquatic environment in the Middle East. At present, the products are in the waterproof sealing treatment and precision testing stage. We will conduct professional underwater simulation heating tests on each product to verify the waterproof performance and heating stability. After all tests are qualified, we will adopt sealed waterproof packaging for export and ship the goods to UAE. These heaters will help customers realize intelligent constant temperature control for aquatic breeding equipment.
