The customer in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is a well-known local palm oil processing equipment manufacturer, specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of palm oil pressing and refining supporting equipment. The 800 cartridge heaters purchased this time are specially used for the heating link of palm oil pressing molds. Combined with the humid and oily special environment of palm oil processing workshops in Malaysia, the customer has clear requirements for the corrosion resistance and moisture-proof performance of cartridge heaters. As a manufacturer with 25 years of experience in heating accessories production, we specially customized terminal-type cartridge heaters made of SS316 material. Compared with SS304, this material has stronger corrosion resistance and oil erosion resistance, and can adapt to the harsh environment of processing workshops for a long time. The product has a pipe diameter of 9mm and a pipe length of 190mm, matched with oil-resistant glass fiber braided silicone wire, temperature resistance of 220℃, and the pipe mouth is sealed with high-temperature resistant silica gel to effectively prevent oil from seeping into the pipe body and causing circuit faults; the interior is filled with imported magnesium oxide powder from the US, matched with Ni80Cr20 resistance wire to ensure uniform heating and fast temperature rise, adapting to the continuous working needs of palm oil pressing molds. The production cycle of this batch of products is 4 working days. In the production process, the production department strictly controls each process, from SS316 seamless tube cutting, wire winding to high-pressure vibration powder filling and laser welding, and arranges a special person to inspect each step to prevent unqualified semi-finished products from flowing into the next process. After production, the quality inspection department carried out full-item inspections, including corrosion resistance test, on-off test, moisture-proof test and tensile test. All 800 products are qualified, with a test pass rate of 100%. In the packaging link, fully considering the humidity of Southeast Asia sea transportation, we adopted a combined scheme of vacuum packaging + double-layer moisture-proof cartons + desiccant, with every 20 pieces packed in a sealed bag. Product specifications, quantity, destination and moisture-proof marks are pasted on the outside of the carton, and bilingual labels in Malay and English are marked at the same time to facilitate customer customs clearance and warehousing. The logistics department has connected with Southeast Asia special line logistics in advance, completed the production of export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, customs declaration form), and selected a special line channel suitable for the transportation of palm oil processing equipment accessories. It is expected to arrive at the Port of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia within 5 working days, and then be delivered to the factory by the customer's designated logistics provider. This cooperation not only meets the processing needs of Malaysia's palm oil industry, but also further expands the influence of our company in the Southeast Asia heating accessories market, laying a solid foundation for in-depth cooperation with customers in Malaysia and surrounding countries in the future.
