On the production line, a batch of 2 high-power cartridge heaters with a diameter of Φ12.7mm is undergoing a critical process-precision resistance sorting. These products will be used in a lithium battery electrode hot calendering device for a Korean client. They will be used in parallel, requiring highly consistent resistance values within each group to ensure absolute temperature uniformity of the heating plate. Our quality control standard is stricter than the client's requirement: we use a resistance meter with 0.1-grade accuracy to measure every single completed cartridge heater and sort and pair them according to a resistance tolerance range of ±1%. Currently, more than half of the sorting work is complete. The matched "tube pairs" will be labeled with identical pairing tags and packaged and shipped together.
