Our products have entered the stringent medical field. The Israeli client manufactures medical high-temperature high-pressure steam autoclaves, requiring heating elements that not only provide heat but also feedback precise temperature signals in real-time. Therefore, during the manufacturing of this batch of 8 cartridge heaters, a K-type thermocouple wire with a diameter of only 0.5mm was pre-embedded inside, arranged parallel to the resistance wire, achieving integrated temperature sensing and heating. In addition to routine electrical safety tests, the client's contract explicitly required the products to pass electromagnetic compatibility testing according to EN 60601-1-2 standard, ensuring that electromagnetic disturbances generated during operation do not affect other sensitive control circuits inside the sterilizer. We sent samples to a cooperative third-party laboratory for radiated emission, conducted emission, and immunity tests. The report showed all indicators were within Class B limits, fully compliant for use in medical environments. The client's technical director replied upon receiving the test report: "This solves a key reliability issue in our system integration." The products have undergone clean packaging and are ready for shipment to Haifa Port, Israel.
