The customer in Roseau, Dominica is mainly engaged in the processing of sawn timber and veneer, which is in line with the country's characteristics of rich tropical rainforest resources and wood processing as an important light industry. The 230 cartridge heaters purchased this time are used for the heating of wood processing molds. The customer's core needs are that the products are moisture-resistant, corrosion-resistant and structurally stable, and can adapt to the high-temperature, high-humidity and multi-mosquito juice erosion working conditions of the tropical rainforest for a long time. Combined with customer needs, we selected SS304 stainless steel tubes, which have excellent moisture resistance and corrosion resistance, can effectively resist the erosion of the humid tropical rainforest climate and mosquito juice, and avoid the tube body rusting and damage; the pipe diameter is 8mm, the pipe length is 110mm, adopting swaging in type structure and solder-free design to prevent poor circuit contact caused by the humid environment, and improve product stability and service life. The interior is filled with high-purity magnesium oxide powder, matched with Ni80Cr20 resistance wire, and adopts high-pressure vibration powder filling technology to ensure uniform distribution of powder without gaps, achieving uniform heating, avoiding mold damage caused by local overheating and ensuring processing precision. After receiving the order, the production department quickly allocated raw materials and launched a moisture-resistant production line. All raw materials including SS304 seamless tubes, resistance wires and terminals were in place without additional procurement, greatly shortening the production cycle. In the production process, we simulated the high-temperature and high-humidity working conditions of the tropical rainforest to conduct real-time heating tests on the products, arranged a special person to inspect each process, strictly controlled the dimensional accuracy and heating performance, and ensured that the qualified rate of production processes reached 100%.
