Which is in line with the country's characteristics of taking tourism as the pillar industry and the clustered development of high-end hotels. The 200 cartridge heaters purchased this time are used for the heating of hotel kitchen baking molds and heat preservation equipment. The customer's core needs are that the products are small and exquisite, with stable heating and in line with food contact safety requirements. Combined with customer needs and local food hygiene standards, we selected food-grade SS304 stainless steel tubes with a diameter of 6mm and a length of 120mm, which are small in size and can be flexibly adapted to small baking and heat preservation molds in hotels; the inner wall of the tube is finely polished, without burrs or dead corners, to prevent food residues, and the pipe mouth is sealed with food-grade silica gel to effectively isolate water vapor and impurities, complying with food contact safety specifications. The interior is filled with high-purity magnesium oxide powder, matched with Ni80Cr20 resistance wire, which heats evenly, resists temperature up to 180℃, adapts to the medium-temperature heating needs of hotel kitchens, and has the characteristics of rapid temperature rise, shortening the preheating time of kitchenware and improving the efficiency of hotel kitchens. In the production process, we launched a special food-grade production line, cleaned and disinfected throughout the process, strictly followed the ISO22000 food hygiene management system, and each process had detailed quality inspection records to achieve quality traceability. After production, the quality inspection department carried out full-item inspections, including food-grade material inspection, heating uniformity test and on-off test. All 200 products are qualified, with a pass rate of 100%. The packaging adopts food-grade independent vacuum packaging, 10 pieces per carton, with English labels pasted on the outside, clearly marking food contact safety signs, product specifications and quality inspection numbers, facilitating customer customs clearance and hotel use. The logistics department has connected with the Caribbean special line logistics in advance, done a good job in moisture-proof protection, and it is expected to arrive in St. John's, Antigua and Barbuda within 7 working days to help customers improve hotel kitchenware supporting facilities, in line with the needs of the country's tourism quality upgrading.
