T

he quality inspection department carried out full-item inspections, including low-temperature resistance test, salt spray resistance test, on-off test and food-grade material inspection. All 300 products are qualified, with a pass rate of 100%. In the packaging link, fully considering the high salt spray and humidity characteristics of sea transportation, we adopted independent vacuum packaging + double-layer moisture-proof and salt spray-proof cartons + built-in desiccant, with every 10 pieces packed in a bag. Bilingual labels in Portuguese and English are pasted on the outside of the carton, clearly marking product specifications, uses and low-temperature resistance range. The logistics department has connected with the West African sea freight special line in advance, completed the production of export documents, and it is expected to arrive at the Port of São Tomé, São Tomé and Príncipe within 7 working days to help customers improve tuna processing efficiency, in line with the needs of local fishery industry upgrading.
