The customer in Auckland, New Zealand is a large local dairy processing enterprise, mainly engaged in the processing of milk, cheese, yogurt and other products, with products exported to the world, which is in line with the country's characteristics of a developed dairy industry and emphasis on food hygiene and product quality. The 350 cartridge heaters purchased this time are used for the heating of dairy sterilization and fermentation molds. The customer's core needs are that the products comply with food contact safety standards, are evenly heated, temperature-controllable, can adapt to medium and low temperature processing conditions, and have good environmental protection performance to meet EU export requirements. Combined with customer needs and international standards, we selected food-grade SS316 stainless steel tubes, which have no harmful substance residues, excellent sugar corrosion resistance and moisture resistance, complying with New Zealand food contact safety standards and EU EFSA certification requirements; the pipe diameter is 8mm, the pipe length is 150mm, matched with food-grade silicone wire resistant to 200℃, ensuring the safety of contact with dairy products and avoiding product pollution. The interior is filled with high-purity food-grade magnesium oxide powder, matched with Ni80Cr20 resistance wire, with heating uniformity error not exceeding ±1℃, realizing precise temperature control (70℃-150℃), ensuring thorough dairy sterilization and uniform fermentation, and retaining the original nutrients and taste of the products. In the production process, we strictly followed New Zealand food processing hygiene standards and ISO 22000 food hygiene management system, launched a special food-grade production line, cleaned and disinfected throughout the process, and each process was subjected to food-grade material testing, temperature testing and hygiene testing.
