This week, our Quality Department completed the final inspection for an export order to Japan. This batch of 12 L-type cartridge heaters will be used in the injection molds for a new generation of automotive lamp lenses. The products feature an SS360 stainless steel sheath, filled internally with 99% high-purity magnesium oxide powder to ensure stable thermal conductivity under long-term operation at 280°C. The critical copper sleeve is integrally formed with the tube body using a cold-pressing process, eliminating weld points and effectively avoiding the risk of cracking under thermal cycling stress. Each heater has passed cold insulation resistance testing (>600 MΩ), high-voltage breakdown testing (60V/1min), and a 72-hour continuous full-load aging test, with temperature curve fluctuations controlled within ±3°C. The products are currently undergoing anti-static packaging and are scheduled to be shipped via air freight to Nagoya Port next week. This is the third batch of high-precision mold heating elements we have exported to Japan this quarter.
