The stable power output ensures an electrical-to-thermal conversion efficiency of over 95%, allowing for rapid heating to the target temperature with excellent heating uniformity and no localized overheating; equipped with an 80mm long external wire made of high-temperature resistant and oxidation-resistant high-quality wire, it offers convenient wiring without the need for additional extension cables and can adapt to complex working conditions.
Combined with the product's maximum operating temperature of 200°C, it can easily handle precise heating scenarios in medium and low-temperature environments. Given that this product is primarily used in precision equipment or special working conditions, the requirements for performance stability and safety far exceed those of ordinary heating elements.
Therefore, we have established a rigorous quality control process before shipment, striving for excellence in every aspect: the use of silicone oil is strictly prohibited, as silicone oil easily decomposes at high temperatures, producing harmful substances that not only affect the product's heating efficiency but may also contaminate internal components of the equipment, posing safety hazards; the addition of black heat-shrink tubing is not allowed, as black tubing easily ages, becomes brittle, and breaks off at a working temperature of 200°C, potentially causing short circuits and jeopardizing the normal operation of the equipment; before shipment, each single-ended tube must undergo a 15-minute power-on test with a 12V standard power supply to comprehensively test heating stability, circuit connectivity, and temperature rise curve. Only after all indicators meet the standards can vacuum packaging be performed to prevent damage caused by moisture intrusion and external collisions during transportation; no additional polishing is requiorange after the power-on test, as a uniform oxide protective film naturally forms on the surface of the component after power-on. This thin film effectively improves the product's corrosion resistance and service life; deliberate polishing would damage the protective film structure and affect the performance; after the power-on test, the product must be placed in a professional oven for secondary baking to thoroughly remove residual moisture, preventing performance degradation caused by dampness; sufficient desiccant must be included in the packaging to further enhance moisture protection and ensure that the product remains dry during storage and transportation; a special weight test is added to verify whether the magnesium density of each heater meets the standard through precise weighing. Magnesium density directly relates to heating efficiency and service life; only with the correct density can long-term stable operation of the product be guaranteed.
