
This terminal type cartridge heater is an industrial regular model, with a core structure that connects internal leads and power wires through a combination of terminal piece riveting and welding. It has a firm connection and is easy for later maintenance, fully adapting to the fixed heating scenario of injection molds. The tube body is a regular circle, made of SS307 stainless steel, with a diameter ranging from Φ8mm to Φ12mm, and a length customizable from 50mm to 200mm according to mold slots, which can be accurately embedded into the mounting holes around the mold cavity. The interior is filled with high-purity magnesium oxide powder, which has both insulation and heat conduction functions. Equipped with Ni80Cr20 resistance wire, it has excellent heating uniformity, effectively avoiding product deformation caused by local temperature deviation of the injection mold. The tube mouth is sealed with imported ordinary silicone oil from the United States, suitable for regular dry heating conditions and meeting the daily heating needs of injection molds. Each product has passed power-on testing and dimensional calibration, with no loosening or abnormal heating at the terminal connection. It has been supplied in batches to domestic injection mold factories for mold heating of home appliance shells, electronic accessories and other products, and is a regular heating element with both cost-effectiveness and stability.
