The customer in Cotonou, Benin is a well-known local food processing enterprise, mainly engaged in the production of starch and sugar products. The 400 cartridge heaters purchased this time are used for the heating of its starch processing molds, adapting to the core needs of Benin's food processing industry. Combined with the characteristics of Benin's food processing industry and customer needs, we selected food-grade SS304 seamless stainless steel tubes. The inner wall of the tube body is finely polished, without burrs or dead corners, to prevent starch residue accumulation and bacterial growth, meeting Benin's food processing hygiene requirements. The product has a pipe diameter of 7mm and a pipe length of 140mm, matched with silicone wire resistant to 200℃, which can adapt to the medium-temperature working environment of starch processing; the pipe mouth is sealed with food-grade silica gel to effectively prevent starch dust from seeping into the tube body and improve product service life. In the production process, we launched a special food-grade production line, which is cleaned and disinfected throughout the process, strictly following the ISO22000 food hygiene management system. Each process has detailed records to realize quality traceability, in line with the development trend of digital transformation of Benin's manufacturing industry. After production, the quality inspection department carried out full-item inspections, including food-grade material inspection, heating uniformity test and on-off test. All 400 products are qualified, with a pass rate of 100%. The packaging link adopts food-grade independent vacuum packaging + moisture-proof cartons, with every 15 pieces packed in a bag. Bilingual labels in French and English are pasted on the outside of the carton, clearly marking product specifications, production date and quality inspection number, facilitating customer customs clearance and use. The logistics department has connected with the West African special line logistics in advance, completed the production of export documents, and it is expected to arrive in Cotonou, Benin within 5 working days to help customers improve starch processing efficiency, in line with the demand for intelligent upgrading of Benin's food processing industry.
