The 700 cartridge heaters purchased this time are used for the mold heating of its automatic sealing machine, with strict requirements for heating uniformity and temperature resistance stability. Combined with customer needs and EU food-grade equipment standards, we selected food-grade SS304 seamless stainless steel tubes, with a pipe diameter of 8mm and a pipe length of 110mm, terminal type matched with oil-resistant glass fiber braided silicone wire, temperature resistance of 200℃, suitable for the slightly oily environment of the packaging workshop. The interior is filled with imported high-purity magnesium oxide powder from the US, matched with Ni80Cr20 resistance wire, and adopts high-pressure vibration powder filling technology to ensure uniform heating and avoid mold damage caused by local overheating. In the production process, we strictly follow ISO9001 and EU CE standards, and each process is inspected by a special person. From tube cutting, wire winding to laser welding and sealing, quality traceability is realized throughout the process. After production, the quality inspection department carried out full-item inspections, including on-off test, temperature resistance test and appearance inspection. All 700 products are qualified, with a pass rate of 100%. The packaging link adopts EU standard moisture-proof packaging, independent vacuum packaging + thickened moisture-proof cartons, with every 20 pieces packed in a bag. Bilingual labels in Chinese and English and CE certification marks are pasted on the outside of the carton to facilitate customer customs clearance. The logistics department has connected with European special line logistics in advance, completed all export documents such as commercial invoice and customs declaration form, and it is expected to arrive at the Port of Brussels, Belgium within 3 working days to help customers improve food packaging production efficiency.
