The customer in Houston, USA is a well-known local petroleum equipment parts manufacturer, mainly engaged in supporting petroleum refining equipment, which is in line with the diversified development characteristics of the US petroleum industry. The 650 cartridge heaters purchased this time are used for heating petroleum refining molds, and the customer's core demand is that the products are corrosion-resistant and precise temperature-controlled, and can adapt to the high-temperature and oil-polluted working conditions of refining workshops. Combined with customer needs, we selected SS316L stainless steel tubes, with a pipe diameter of 11mm and a pipe length of 220mm, matched with high-temperature silicone wire resistant to 210℃, ensuring stable work in high-temperature and oil-polluted environments; the interior is filled with high-purity high-temperature resistant magnesium oxide powder, matched with precision-wound Ni80Cr20 resistance wire, with heating uniformity error not exceeding ±0.8℃, realizing precise temperature control and ensuring petroleum refining efficiency. In the production process, we strictly follow the US UL electrical safety standards, launched a special corrosion-resistant production line, and each process is subjected to corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and on-off tests. All 650 products are qualified, with a pass rate of 100%. Considering the strict requirements of the US petroleum industry for equipment stability, we additionally added a product life test to ensure that the product service life can reach more than 8000 hours. The packaging link adopts oil-proof and shock-proof packaging, independent vacuum packaging + double-layer moisture-proof and oil-proof cartons, with every 15 pieces packed in a bag. English labels are pasted on the outside of the carton, clearly marking the UL certification number, product specifications and quality inspection information.
