
This batch includes 20 Cartridge Heater with a length of 80mm, adapting to the precise heating needs of micro-cavities in precision injection molds for producing plastic shells of electronic connectors. The tube body is made of 307 stainless steel, precision-ground with a diameter deviation controlled within ±0.01mm to ensure a perfect fit with the mold cavity's mounting holes. The interior is filled with high-density insulating magnesium powder, providing excellent heating uniformity that can control cavity temperature fluctuation within ±1℃, meeting the temperature requirements of precision injection molding. The lead wire is a 150mm PTFE insulated wire, adapting to the compact wiring layout of the mold, enabling installation without additional arrangement. During production, each product undergoes dimensional calibration, power-on testing, and appearance inspection, with no process defects. The finished products have been anti-static packaged to prevent electrostatic interference in electronic mold production and will be delivered to the customer for mass production. As a regular heating element for precision molds, this heater has helped the customer improve product molding accuracy, and we will provide more customized size solutions according to customer needs.
