The 300 cartridge heaters purchased this time are used for the local heating of its micro precision molds, with extremely high requirements for product dimensional accuracy and heating stability. The tube body is processed by high-precision cutting equipment, with dimensional error controlled within 0.05mm to ensure perfect adaptation to the mold; the interior is filled with imported fine-grained magnesium oxide powder from Germany, matched with ultra-fine Ni80Cr20 resistance wire to achieve precise temperature control, with heating error not exceeding ±2℃, adapting to the refined heating needs of micro molds. After receiving the order, the production department allocated special raw materials in the first place, gave priority to the precision production line, arranged experienced skilled workers to operate throughout the process, and strictly controlled the precision of each process.
