This cartridge heater adopts silica gel sealing process, suitable for working conditions where the tube mouth temperature is below 280℃. Its core advantage is excellent moisture-proof sealing performance, which can effectively isolate workshop moisture and cooling water vapor from invading the tube interior, avoiding insulation performance degradation caused by damp magnesium oxide powder, and adapting to mold heating needs in humid environments. The tube body is a circular SS307 stainless steel, with a diameter of Φ8mm and length 600mm, suitable for heating small injection molds and rubber molds, with compact structure and convenient installation. The interior is filled with 39% magnesium oxide powder, matched with Ni80Cr20 resistance wire, with uniform and stable heating, which can meet the temperature control requirements of conventional molds. The lead adopts a terminal type external wire design, connected by terminal piece riveting, and matched with a silica gel protective sleeve, forming a synergistic moisture-proof protection with the sealing material, further improving the product's moisture resistance. Each product has passed a moisture-proof test. After being placed in a 90% humidity environment for 72 hours, the insulation performance has no obvious decline, and the power-on heating is normal. Currently, it has been supplied in batches to mold factories in humid southern regions for heating home appliance shell injection molds, effectively solving the problems of easy leakage and shortened service life of products in humid environments, and is a regular moisture-proof heating element for humid mold scenarios.
