This cartridge heater with direct multi-strand core leads is specially designed for high-power mold heating, belonging to an extended type of regular swaging in type. The leads adopt a multi-strand copper core structure, which has better conductivity and current resistance than single-strand leads, and can adapt to high-power working conditions above 500W. The tube body is made of SS360 stainless steel, with outstanding corrosion resistance, suitable for the high-temperature and high-impurity environment of large die-casting molds. The tube diameter is Φ60mm, length 250mm, which can provide uniform heating for large-area mold cavities. The interior is filled with 99% seawater magnesium oxide powder, with stronger insulation and heat conduction performance, matched with Ni80Cr20 resistance wire, which can quickly raise the mold temperature and shorten the preheating time. The tube mouth is sealed with imported high-temperature ceramic glue from the United States, with excellent temperature resistance, suitable for medium and high-temperature dry heating conditions, meeting the needs of continuous heating of large molds. The product adopts a solder-free structure, with multi-strand leads directly going to the bottom of the tube, featuring high stability. Customers need to connect power wires by themselves according to their own circuit layout, with higher flexibility. Currently, it has been applied to the heating of zinc alloy die-casting molds. With its high-power output and stable performance, it effectively improves mold production efficiency and is a regular preferred element for large mold heating.
