Magnesium oxide powder is the core filling material inside the Cartridge Heater. This conventional Cartridge Heater offers a choice of 99% high-purity magnesium oxide powder or 39% conventional magnesium oxide powder, depending on the mold operating conditions. These options are suitable for medium-high temperature and conventional heating applications, providing both insulation and thermal conductivity. The tube body is made of circular SS307 stainless steel, with a diameter of Φ8mm-Φ17mm and customizable length to meet various mold installation requirements. The 99% high-purity magnesium oxide powder version offers stronger insulation and higher thermal conductivity, suitable for medium-high temperature molds; the 39% conventional version is cost-effective and meets the heating needs of ordinary molds. The filling process uses a high-pressure vibration technique to ensure uniform distribution of magnesium oxide powder within the tube, preventing voids and avoiding problems such as localized overheating and poor insulation caused by uneven filling. Combined with Ni80Cr20 heating wire, it can quickly transfer heat to the tube body and then to the mold cavity, improving heating efficiency. The tube end is sealed with a material selected according to the operating conditions, further enhancing protection. This product undergoes rigorous filling density testing to ensure the insulation of each Cartridge Heater.
