This swaging in type cartridge heater breaks the traditional terminal connection mode, using the power wire directly as the internal lead to the bottom of the tube, with no connection points or solder joints in the entire line. Its core advantage is adapting to heating scenarios that require frequent force, such as mold bending parts and corners. The tube body is made of SS321 stainless steel, with higher high-temperature resistance than regular SS307, which can cope with temperature cycle shocks during mold heating. The tube diameter is Φ60mm, length 150mm, equipped with high-temperature sleeve to protect the lead wire, which can withstand a certain angle of bending without damaging the internal structure. The interior is filled with 99% ore magnesium oxide powder, with excellent insulation and heat conduction performance, and matched with Ni80Cr20 resistance wire for stable heating efficiency. The tube mouth is sealed with ceramic glue, using imported high-temperature ceramic glue from the United States, suitable for medium and high-temperature dry heating conditions, and can meet the needs of continuous mold heating. This product has been applied to the heating of bent cavities of rubber molds, solving the problem that traditional terminal type heaters are prone to solder joint detachment at bending positions. No frequent maintenance is required after installation, providing stable guarantee for the mold production line, and it is a regular preferred heating element for special working conditions.
