The high-performance Electric Tubular Heating Element Tube Probe Rod Cartridge Heater provides precise and consistent heat transfer in tough industrial applications. Swaged cartridge heaters have good thermal conductivity, endurance, and resistance to oxidation and corrosion at high temperatures due to their compacted high-density construction.
Our cartridge heaters have high-purity magnesium oxide (MgO) insulation, nickel-chromium (NiCr) resistance wire, ceramic end caps, and seamless stainless steel sheaths (304, 316, 321, Incoloy 800, or 840). When put into drilled holes in metal blocks, platens, moulds, or manifolds, this sturdy structure heats efficiently.
Advanced interior compaction methods, precise diameter tolerances from specialised manufacturers, and high-temperature lead wires that can handle 500–800°C to prevent connection failures all help to extend the life of the product.
