Finished product testing is the last core link of thermocouple production and the final barrier to ensure product quality. All industrial thermocouples must undergo comprehensive professional performance testing after assembly is completed, and only products that fully meet national standard indicators can be packaged and delivered. The complete testing system covers structural performance, sealing performance, temperature measurement accuracy and electrical performance, ensuring zero defective delivery of finished products.

The finished product testing first includes structural and sealing performance testing. For protection tubes with different sealing processes, 100% pressure tightness testing is carried out to detect tiny pores and leak points that are invisible to the naked eye, completely eliminating air and liquid leakage hazards. At the same time, the structural firmness of welding joints and threads is tested to verify the tensile resistance, vibration resistance and pressure resistance of the product, ensuring that the structure is stable and free of looseness under simulated industrial working conditions.

Temperature measurement accuracy testing is the core of finished product inspection. In strict accordance with GB/T16839.2-1997 national standard tolerance requirements, high-precision constant temperature equipment is used to carry out multi-point temperature calibration tests covering low temperature, normal temperature and high temperature. The thermoelectric potential and temperature conversion data of the product are compared with the standard calibration table to ensure that the detection error of each product is within the qualified tolerance range and the thermoelectric performance is stable and accurate.

In addition, the finished product also needs to complete internal cleanliness inspection and electrical performance testing. The internal cavity of the protection tube is inspected to ensure no residual dirt and impurities, avoiding internal pollution affecting long-term use. The insulation performance and signal stability of the assembled thermocouple are tested to verify that the product has excellent insulation performance, no signal drift and no interference during power-on operation, meeting the long-term continuous operation requirements of industrial equipment.
