In terms of thread material selection, formal manufacturers strictly follow the principle of consistent material matching. The mainstream thread materials are 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 304 stainless steel, which are completely consistent with the protection tube material. The same material has consistent thermal expansion coefficient, high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, avoiding structural cracking and loose threads caused by material performance differences in high-temperature environments. In contrast, many small workshops use low-quality high-chromium materials or casting molding threads, which have poor material stability, easy aging and deformation at high temperature, and short service life.
The thread welding structure has mandatory process standards. Both ends of the thread must be reserved with standard welding platforms to provide stable welding positions for argon arc welding. All threads must be fully welded at both ends without missing welding or virtual welding. The reserved welding platform can increase the welding contact area, make the welding seam more firm and uniform, improve the structural strength and sealing performance of the thread connection part, and avoid thread falling off, air leakage and liquid leakage caused by insufficient welding firmness.
The full argon arc welding process ensures the comprehensive performance of the thread structure. Argon gas protection welding prevents oxidation of the welding seam, ensures smooth and compact welding joints, no pores and no gaps.
