After the Spring Festival holiday, we did not slack off at all. On the first day of resuming work, we took the testing of the cartridge heaters for the Australian customer as the top priority, organized a professional testing team to be in place quickly, and carried out comprehensive and multi-dimensional performance testing in strict accordance with international industry standards and customer customization requirements. Focusing on the core needs of the customer, this test covered key indicators such as the high-temperature stability, insulation safety, heating uniformity, structural firmness and service life simulation of the cartridge heaters. Each cartridge heater was inspected one by one and debugged repeatedly, from the precise control of the heating rate, to the strict verification of insulation resistance, and then to the continuous operation test under simulated actual working conditions, with every link pursued to be excellence and no dead ends left. We deeply understand that overseas customers have extremely strict requirements on product quality, and as a core heating component in industrial production, the performance stability of the cartridge heater is directly related to the customer's production efficiency and product qualification rate. Therefore, we always treat every test with the most rigorous attitude and eliminate any unqualified products from leaving the factory.
